“Viilante USA Steering Wheel” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by Racekor Stuff LLC (the “Sponsor”)
1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD The Sweepstakes starts on March 1, 2023 and ends on April 1, 2023 at 2:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
2. ELIGIBILITY All participants must (a) be of legal age of majority in their state/province of residence at the time of entry; (b) possess a valid form of identification; and, (c) be a legal resident of one of the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia.
3. HOW TO ENTER Internet access required at Entrant’s cost. An individual meeting the eligibility criteria may enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period by one of the following methods of entry:
During the Sweepstakes Period:
• Online entry: Purchase an eligible product, to be clearly identified on Sponsor website, at www.RacekorStuff.com and receive one (1) entry for every $1usd spent. If purchase is returned prior to Sweepstakes drawing, eligible entries will be voided. No limit on number of entries received with a purchase on www.RacekorStuff.com.
• Mail-in entry (no purchase required): In a number #10 envelope insert one (1) 3” x 5” card with the following information: hand printed name, complete mailing address, email address, telephone number (including country code if applicable) and date of birth. Hand print on the upper left-hand corner of the #10 envelope a name and return address. Send to: Viilante USA Steering Wheel Giveaway Sweepstakes, Racekor Stuff LLC, 339 Clifton Avenue, Daytona Beach FL, 32117-4313. For each envelope received earn five (5) Sweepstakes entry. Incomplete mail-in entries will be disqualified. Envelopes must be mailed individually. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 1, 2023 and received by April 15, 2023 to qualify.
• Social Media entry (no purchase required): On the Official "Racekor Stuff LLC" Instagram page (@RacekorStuff) the pinned post explains ways to earn Sweepstakes entries. A "like" on the post will earn one (1) Sweepstakes entry, tagging a valid Instagram account in the comments will earn one (1) Sweepstakes entry per comment (no tagging the same account multiple times), and sharing the post to your Instagram story and tagging our Instagram account (@RacekorStuff) in the story post so that we may see it will earn one (1) Sweepstakes entry per share per day.
ENTRY LIMITS: No limit on number of entries earned via either method of entry. By submitting an Entry, you confirm that you have read, understand and agree to abide by these Official Sweepstakes Rules. Your Entry must adhere to the Eligibility Criteria listed above or your Entry will be void and ineligible for entry into the Sweepstakes. All entrants and Entries subject to verification before the awarding of a prize, as are the eligibility, age, and other claims of information provided by a potential prize winner. Incomplete, corrupted, garbled, misdirected or otherwise illegible Entries, or Entries without contact information, or agreement to these Official Sweepstakes Rules, are void and will not be accepted. All Entries submitted become the sole property of Sweepstakes Group and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, invalid, damaged, altered, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Proof of submission will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor. All entries must be received by Sponsor during the Entry Period. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor for the purpose of marketing to entrants and will not be acknowledged or returned. All Entries must be received by the Sweepstakes Group during the Sweepstakes Period specified above.
4. DRAWING On or about April 20, 2023 (the “Draw Date”) a random draw will be conducted by Sweepstakes Group or its designee, from all eligible Entries that are timely received in accordance with Section 3 to select one (1) Grand Prize winner. Odds of being selected as eligible to win a Prize in this Sweepstakes will depend on the total number of eligible Entries timely received in accordance with Section 3.

5. PRIZE CLAIM CONDITIONS Entrants selected as potential winners (“Potential Winners”) are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Sweepstakes Rules. Each Potential Winner will be notified by Sweepstakes Group within approximately forty-eight (48) hours of the Draw Date at the email account provided during the purchase process or via the mail-in entry, or the Instagram account used to enter.
6. PRIZE Grand Prize: the Viilante USA steering wheel shown in the Instagram post valued at $100.00 USD.
SPONSOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO MAKE ANY PAYMENT IN ADDITION TO THE PRIZE SET FORTH IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES
7. PERSONAL INFORMATION Sponsor and its authorized agents will collect, use, and disclose the personal information you provide when you enter the Sweepstakes for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and prize fulfillment. By entering this Sweepstakes, Entrant’s consent to such collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.
By accepting a Prize, each winner agrees to Sweepstakes Group’s use of his/her name, city/state/province of residence, picture, biographical information, statements, voice and likeness in any advertising and publicity Sweepstakes Group may conduct relating to the Sweepstakes in any media or format, whether now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the World Wide Web, at any time or times in perpetuity, without further compensation or notice, except where prohibited by law. Aggregate and anonymized Sweepstakes winner information may be used by the Sweepstakes Group to communicate about the Sweepstakes to its retailers and distributors.
